Finding Your Growth Edge in EFT and EFIT

Please join Angela Fowler-Hurtado and Sarah Cook for a fun, collaborative, risk-taking, supportive and safe supervision group.  We want to help take what you know cognitively and put it into practice.  Let’s fall on our butts together and get to our growth edges together. 

We believe you can’t learn EFT without making mistakes and when we process our mistakes and stuck places in safety, our awareness, clarity and flexibility grow.  This helps us know where to go in the hardest moments in session.  Mistakes, struggle with focus, getting lost in the model- all are required in this group. 

We’ll follow the EFT Tango to work with our couples in their relational cycles and sexual cycles. Maybe you’re working toward certification, maybe you’re working for your own professional growth, no matter your focus, all motivated EFT learners are welcome.

Prerequisites: Completion of EFT Externship and and Core Skills or at least one year of ongoing EFT practice; EFIT Level 1 training recommended

Dates: Wednesdays, September 6, October 11, November 1, December 6, 2023, February 7, March 6, April 3, May 1, 2024

Time: 10am-12pm EST

Location: Online via Zoom

Space: Limited to 10 participants

Facilitated By: Sarah Cook, LCSW, Certified EFT Therapist/Supervisorand Angela Fowler-Hurtado, LICSW, Certified EFT Therapist/Supervisor

Expectations:

• We will use role play in each session to work though and work out difficult moments.  Please plan on sharing video or audio tape at least once (Concerns about taping? Talk to us!). 

• For group continuity and rapport, commitment to attend all sessions required. Payment for all 8 sessions regardless of attendance is required.

Cost: $800 for all 8 groups: $400 due August 30 and $400 due January 30, 2024
